  We sold our property with Marco, from Rich and Oliva, and we're happy we did. We were guided throughout the process, we felt at ease dealing with Marco and we ended up selling our home before auction. What could have been a stressful process, ended up being delightful and successful.
  We are very grateful and thankful to Marco and his team for all their work. They have the local knowledge and passion behind them, and it shows in the results.

  Matthew and Marco have unrivalled insights into the Croydon market. Matthew in particular advised myself and my husband many years ago on purchasing a property that wasn't even listed with them when I called him for a competitor's view on that listing. We have since bought a property through Rich & Oliva and have had a wonderful experience again. Both Matthew and Marco have a professional yet personable approach with a deep understanding of the local area. We thoroughly recommend Rich & Oliva to anyone buying or selling property.

  I have rented with Rich & Oliva for nearly 11.5 years. I’ve rented with a fair few agents over my life, and I can honestly say the team at Rich and Oliva are without a doubt the best I have dealt with. They have gone out of their way to assist me on numerous occasions- little things like helping me with an old fuse box or a beeping fire alarm - things that made a real difference to me. I never felt treated like *just a tenant* as I have with other agencies. I was given respect and courtesy, and my requests dealt with promptly and fairly. As I find myself moving on from my current home due to it being sold, I am hoping and crossing my fingers that Rich & Oliva have another suitable home for me. Now I’ve found such a great team - I do not want to lose them.

  Dear Prospective Home Owners,
  I am pleased to recommend Marco Errichiello as a real estate agent. Marco knows the local market.
  At times I found it difficult to trust the process, I should not have worried. The sale at auction went exactly as he explained and predicted. The auctioneer well chosen for the task.
  The Ugly Duckling of Cheviot St is a broken house. A tricky balancing act to get it on the market. I could not see its value. Marco and his team showed the market its worth.
  Smiles all round, new owners, vendors and neighbours. The duckling sold for $350,000 above my expectation.
